Brought the car for a diagnostic test, mechanic found that the bearings need to be replaced and would be under warranty. We were told the parts were ordered and they would call us when they are in stock. I called to follow up and was informed they had arrived the day before. We scheduled an appointment, I dropped the car off at 7:30am and received a call around noon stating the tires are not good and vibration is almost gone but still there and that it may be the transmission. We go up to the service center and meet with the same advisor that ordered the parts for us , and he tells us we have a bill for the diagnostic and the tire rotation. We never requested a rotation. Our car had to stay an additional day to fix the mistake

I was charged over $500 for a windshield calibration, that according to your techs, wasn't able to be performed. Proceeded to take it to a local windshield company that doesn't have a "certified" Toyota technician and the calibration was performed in less than a few hours on the same day I picked it up from your dealership.
