Ian was very friendly as soon as I drove in. Told how long it would take to service my car, showed me where the refreshments were and asked it I had any concerns about the car. Once the car was finished checkout was quick and Ian even found a coupon for the oil change. Thank you!!

There was a small disconnect of Ashley’s backup not relaying an additional work order. It was handled promptly after I called and I appreciated Ashley recognizing this and apologizing. Super happy the back ordered part came in quickly.

I had 2 vehicles serviced. One: wanted tires but you said they would bscrhere between 10 and 12. They never showed up. Other vehicle took almost 4 hours for oil change and tune up. Positive feedback for service reps… friendly and responsive
