My service rep Sarah was a sweetheart however I asked that my vehicle service be expedited as much as possible because of night driving restrictions. I checked in at 12:59 pm for a 1:15 pm appt. I received a text and Vehicle Check-In document at 1:00 pm indicating the technician would "follow up shortly with an update regarding your MultiPoint Inspection results. Make sure to view them as soon as possible in the event the technician has any recommendations." AND THEN I never heard from anyone again. At or about 3 pm I went to Sarah and asked what was going on. She indicated the inspection was underway. I indicated I couldn't wait any longer and asked that my truck be put together if necessary and brought to the bay for checkout. Then again I heard nothing until about 3:30 when Sarah came to tell me the truck was ready. She had paperwork in her hand but never offered a report or an invoice, just held the door for me as I walked to my truck. I left. My drive safe and save indicates I left your driveway at 3:49 pm. I asked for and received an invoice and vehicle inspection report yesterday (Feb 11) so I could determine what if any services that were performed and what my total charges would be. What I received is inconclusive to me but I assume the oil was changed minimally as the sticker on my windshield was replaced and the service date reset on my dashboard. Overall I can't blame Sarah except for a lack of communication. In future I will make only morning appointments to avoid overbooking or bay stackups that seems to occur in the afternoon.

Notified me promptly when service needed, scheduling was easy, polite & knowledgeable staff. They even provided a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealer. No ‘upsells’ and only what was needed was addressed and at a reasonable price. Completely happy.
1st of all, because I made appointment but drop off my car & didn’t stay, I was put into different Q. There is reason I made appointment so I could run other appointments during this time. And expect it be ready when I got back. I dropped off at 7:00 am for 7:15 am & at 10:10 am my car was not ready. Then also when I asked about how much radiator fluid was put in my car. It was stated that they don’t do that. When on my expectation sheet that they top it off.
Then when I came back in was told I needed pay. When I made appointment it was free one. And person who made appointment for me, said she had look in different part of system.
I haven’t had the appointment yet.
