When you send a message with the inspection results you may want to include the fact that people need to reply. I sat there for over an hour waiting for my car. When I finally asked the girl said I sent you the report did you not get it. Kevin always came to get you and go over everything and ask if you would like to have the services done while your there

I was recommended to buy 4 new tires from you as there was a nail in one. The tech said that it was too close to a sensor and could not be removed. I took my car to Rex tire they removed the nail for $20. I’m guessing I saved a lot of money.
The technicans failed to inquire about additional maintenance items for special operating conditions or advise that the service department does not include these within the complimentary service mileage/time frame.
See, Toyota Rav4 Hybrid 2024 Warranty & Maintenance Guide page 38 Section 5,000 miles or 6 months subsection Additional Maintenance Items for Special Operating Condition (note3) Repeated trips of less than five miles in temperatures below 32F/0C: Replace engine oil and oil filter (note2).
Under note 3 it lists "Perform these service items only if you drive primarily under the conditions indicated." This was not questioned but yes the car is driven under this conditions especially since my wife lives and works downtown colorado springs. When the weather is good she takes an electric scooter and when freezing/snowing which is much of winter the rav4 hybrid is used.
I am surprised given colorado springs winters that this question is not even asked by any technician when servicing a vehicle and reflects poorly on the organization.
Kevin has been my service advisor for 5 or 6 years. As always he takes excellent care of my 3 vehicles.

This is the second time I went in to have my screen in my vehicle fixed and they told me it’s an Apple issue. Not sure why they didn’t tell me that the first time and why they can’t get an update from Apple for the car. I can’t use a major piece of equipment in my car.

Everyone was great but Ian stands out. He kept me updated the entire way and organized a loaner to be delivered to me, that was incredible. Having to fix unexpected things isn’t fun, Ian really made it less painful.
