Scott was professional and caring. He not only explained my tire situation and sent me home with several estimates for great tires for my car. I felt listened to and respected. I truly appreciate Toyota's personnel and their professional manners. It does not matter if I call service or need a windshield wiper or tires or routine maintenance, everyone is great!
