I know that I don't need an oil change yet. I sent my wife down to do the oil change and tire rotation. I am not happy the push acknowledge from the techs to my wife about not doing the oil change. I am glad you don't push to sell a service unneeded, but I wanted to go ahead and change the oil because it's a new car. I'll be calling tomorrow to discuss further.

I showed up unannounced and without an appointment to have a recall performed on my wife’s Rav 4. I was prepared to leave the vehicle for a couple days since Jim informed me of a back log of work. I was surprised to receive a text from Jim the following morning that my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed with not only the polite and professional reception I received from Jim and your staff, but the clean orderly and well run service drive. As a retired auto mechanic of 50 years I can honestly tell you you, I have seen numerous service drives with which to compare. I was impressed!

Kind of ridiculous that replacing a missing oil cap takes almost 7 hrs. I took the first appt to service my vehicle at 745 am and didn’t get my car back until 3pm. All that was done was the routine maintenance and when the inspection found the missing cap someone had to go to the other dealer which is only 20 min away. I appreciate getting the cap instead of having me drive and get it myself, however 7 hrs seems excessive and led to me missing a whole day of work since I need my car to do my job

Sarah was wonderful. She kept me informed and checked on me when she did see me. Overall a very professional young woman. If I used Toyota on a regular basis I would love her to be my service rep. You have a great one there.
