The whole staff went out of their way to help me today. They distracted my crying baby while I talked to Kevin and got me a car so I didn’t have to spend the whole day there with my fussy baby. They were patient and understanding and gave me options. I was dreading going but they made it a much easier day!

Sarah was great. Kind, clear and seemed happy to help. It’s rare to find those qualities in todays service market.
Sarah was very helpful, however it is the third time I have brought my truck in for the same issue for a known problem and the technicians don’t know how to fix the issue with the window rattle. Secondly when I dropped off the truck to get the cameras fixed I told the service advisor to make sure they reinstall the multi terrain select mode the comes with the TRD off roads with the camera package. That was not done. On top of this the tires are wearing unevenly and there is nothing the shop can do.

I know that I don't need an oil change yet. I sent my wife down to do the oil change and tire rotation. I am not happy the push acknowledge from the techs to my wife about not doing the oil change. I am glad you don't push to sell a service unneeded, but I wanted to go ahead and change the oil because it's a new car. I'll be calling tomorrow to discuss further.
