Couldn’t finish the service in three hours. Was informed that there was a recall oo the onboard computer and the service technician was not able to complete the recall work.

HE UPDATED ME THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND GOT MY CAR BACK TO ME VERY FAST. HE OFFERED ME A RENTAL WHILE MY CAR WAS DOWN WHICH WAS NICE I WILL DEFINITELY BE ASKING TO WORK WITH HIM IN THR FUTURE WHEN MY CAR NEEDS WORK

Randy did a good job of going over the repair items that came up during the inspection. He helped me decide what was wise and essential repairs.
I showed up a little early and my car was able to get serviced very quickly. The service agent was awesome! He was quick, courteous, and very informative of services my car needs and an issue I inquired about. The full synthetic oil change I received was priced great and actually the most affordable. I’ve paid more at other Toyota centers and auto shops. Love the coffee and snacks that are offered!
Lyft rides a plus. Didn't appreciate new scuffs on the body of my car and damage done to steering wheel. I just got the steering wheel repaired it cost me $125. Appeared to be done by someone who wears rings. I don't wear rings and I normally park my car away from other cars whenever possible. I am disappointed this happened. I thought my car would be in goodhands since this is a dealership that services new cars too.
