While my gal brought our car in, I made the appt. Based on your recommendations to replace spark plugs,for quite an expense. And our oil change , which I might add, your facility is the only place we have had this vehicle serviced, except tires.
We live over an hour away and by no means is a trip to colo spgs easy for either of us. Plugs were not even in stock and the service was not done. While the oil change was done, thank you for the concession as it was a n/c to us, I do pay dearly for your oil package price, however it does not explain how a dealership of this magnitude would let this happen. Spark plugs still need done and would like a considerable discount on the service. Please advise, Lionel S

Our appointment for just an oil change with NO tire rotation was at 9:45, got there at 9:30. Our vehicle was not done until 11:15. Unacceptable. We will probably go someplace else next time. We are a long term, loyal client that drives in two hours from Buena Vista. We have done all of our service there for three different vehicles. Very disappointing.
Scott was amazing and really helped us out today. He was so polite and friendly. One of the young guys from the service desk were wonderful as well. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

The service supposed to last maximum one hour, however I waited 2 and half hours. It was absolutely awful. Then the customer service clerk told me that it took so long because they were waiting for my answer to change a filter. I told him from the beginning that I will be waiting, I was sitting in the waiting area, he was looking at me but didn’t take a minute to asked me if I wanted to change the $360.00 air filter. What a bad service, I am not coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Go to spend your money somewhere else.
Attendant was courteous. Service was complete in less than an hour.
