Nick has done an outstanding job of supporting my needs and issues that have occurred with my brand new truck. I would like to compliment Nick’s abilities to resolve my issues and provided some of the highest levels of service I have ever had at a dealership. I have owned BMWs and Acuras and his level of service ranks at the top that I have received.
I’m completely satisfied with Nick and how he took care of me. However, I’m disappointed with the technicians because they didn’t change all the lights I paid for. And I don’t know how they can hand over my car without performing all the services I paid for. This negligence happens all the time and I have to come back for correction. This cost me time and money and I'm not ok with those recurrent behaviors.

He researched having our car detailed and got back to us in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with his service and grateful to have him as our point person at Toyota of Colorado Springs.
