Kevin did a fantastic job start to finish during my visit today. He first helped me successfully troubleshoot a radio issue upon arrival and then he thoroughly explained what a HV battery filters cleaning entailed and where they were located. THANK YOU Kevin!

I think Randy Lee is amazing. I must say I was incredibly disappointed when I called to make my appt that I now have to specify that I want Randy Lee to work on my car. One of the reasons I have been so happy with the service at Toyota of Colorado Springs is that when I first took my car in for service, I was assigned Randy Lee and he was my service provider no matter what happened. I didn’t have to specifically ask for him. This was only reason I continued service at Toyota of CS instead of going to my regular mechanic. We are now in the market for a new car and I’m very hesitant to purchase it at Toyota of CS since they have completely changed how their service department functions. This is, of course, not because of the service department which is outstanding. I’m sure this was a policy put in place by upper management and I must say I will likely purchase my next Toyota at a different dealership unless Toyota of CS decides to return to the way they had their service department organized prior to this change. I can’t imagine why a company would make the service department less efficient and more chaotic. The way it was before was perfect. And I have no interest in anyone other Randy Lee working on my car. Why would you take this amazing service model away from customers?

Paid over $4500 to get upper/lower ball joints and front/rear shocks installed on a 2002 4Runner only to have it back in service the next day due to a sagging rear end. Reached a service rep who sounded less than thrilled to speak with me when I called for an update almost 24 hrs later. Was told I had to wait until Sarah returned from a day off to find out what’s wrong with the vehicle.

About 70 miles and a few hours after my oil change a warning light came on saying that all wheel drive is not functioning along with the check engine light. When I called no one in service could talk so the receptionist said I SHOULD be okay to drive back from Brighton. I asked for a call back but didn’t get one. I called again and got through to service and they said to come in for a recheck today

For starters, Sarah in the service department was my first impression of your dealership. She is the reason that I called back and made an appointment for my 2024 Camry. She was genuinely professional-yet friendly not because it was her job but because that’s who she is. I did not have much interaction with the mechanic Mr. Whitlock. But he too was friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I need anything for my Camry, I will be calling your service department and would also recommend them to a friend. Thank you.
