the service was good, the customer service from some of the workers was not very nice. I lost my sunglasses and one of the guys there just ignored me and was very reluctant to assist me with getting ahold of the Lyft driver. Seemed like he wanted me to go away. Otherwise good

I’ve been using Corwin Toyota for the last few years and I have come to feel like I cannot trust them anymore. I felt like I was pushed into doing maintenance on my vehicle that my husband and I believed did not need to be a priority right away. Today I felt better about taking my car in for needed maintenance. I didn’t feel like someone was trying to convince me to pay a ton of money for repairs that aren’t fully needed yet. It was much appreciated.

Sloppy messy work. Parts left in engine bay. Oil, coolant amd A/C dye spilled all over inside of engine bay and onto frame rails. Active power steering leak after service was "complete" and was told the vehicle was good to go. Called in about the leak, and told the person on the phone exactly where it was. Your shop had my vehicle for an additional 24 hours, no effort was made to find or fix leak. When talking to the tech he said that he was never informed of my concern or told of the location of the leak. I complained about the oil and fluids spilled all over engine service clerk told me there is nothing they can do to clean it. I dropped it off clean, I expect to pick it up clean. Very dissatisfied with the quality control, and the level of care that my vehicle recieved. You guys serviced my brakes, I do not trust the work that was completed and will be going to a 3rd party to verify that my brakes were done correctly, since I cannot trust that your shop did a good job. I will never come to this toyota again, and I will tell everyone I know with a toyota to never visit.

I’ve received assistance from a technician named Strather. He was very polite and communicative while my vehicle was getting serviced. I dropped it off for a day which I did not expect. But he was able to get me a Lyft ride to and from my home. He even coordinated a rental for a day so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. I was very thankful for my experience and would definitely recommend this place to all Toyota owners. Thank you!
