Service level and personnel were great. I don't like how I expected to pay $90 for oil change/tire rotation to find out that you actually charge extra for supplies or something is what I was told. Um, pretty sure oil change tire rotation are not $180/hr. tasks. I've never heard of this before and I know Honda doesn't do that, nor does brakes plus. Just be straight with your pricing. I did end up getting the 3 oil change deal which brought the price down but that is a lot of money to front. Service was great and definitely worth the premium price ($90 which is what it should be tops) compared to other car service places.

Everyone at Baxter has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. Very happy with the service that I received there. However, I am not at all interested in trading in my vehicle.
