He cheerfully navigated the non-availability of several computers and edified the colleague for allowing him to use his workstation. In the short time I met him, he seemed to be a team player. The staff were great. Especially Nick. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I even got a loaner truck. I don't get loaners from the 'other guys.' Now that my wife's Crown Signia was purchased from you (Sicelia was great too), both our Toyota's will be serviced at Baxter and Baxter alone. Thank you for a great job on the Tundra. It looks better than the day I drove it off the lot!

I asked for and selected to have the differential oil changed from the multi point inspection report suggestion and it was not done. It can wait until the next oil change so no big deal but attention to detail is important.

I called ahead of time asking if the light bulbs on my car could be changed. I was told yes, the parts were there, and they'd do it for a agreed price. I spend the next 2 to 3 hours doing what I need to bring it and wait an hour to be told that they can't be changed. Why? Because the lights are too new and I need to change the entire thing for about 1-2 thousand dollars. Mind you the original quote was only 170. Funny that a place that had my cars year make and model doesnt know that I can't change the bulbs until after I waste all my my time. Won't be coming back
