Victor was very processional and helpful. When we contacted Toyota in La Vista we reached Victor. He answered our questions and sent us the information promptly that we had requested. When we arrived today for our service appointment he was welcoming and polite. He explained clearly the service to be done and the cost. He also contacted the shuttle service for us and notified us immediately when the service was completed.

They were supposed to have my car washed and it was not done so I had to wait for it to be washed off. Was then late for my patient

My complaint is regarding how long I had to sit and wait for a shuttle. I was told it would be back in 20 minutes, after about 25 minutes I was still waiting and at that point I decided it was easier to stay and wait. I would have had coolant added (suggested on the vehicle evaluation)but after waiting as long as I had, I didn’t have extra time for the coolant. Had I not been stuck waiting for my vehicle, I could have gotten everything taken care of today. The gentleman that helped me today was great. I know he had no control of the shuttle availability.

I needed to have a noise checked and Nick did a great job fitting me in. Not only that, he gave me peace of mind when they didnt find anything wrong and even confirmed the same sound happens on other tacomas.

Thank you! I appreciate how fast I was able to get my appointment and the kindness and information the lady who answered the phone after hours gave me. I wasn’t sure if you serviced cars that were not Toyotas and she was very helpful.

I asked that you check out each of the known causes of what could cause the loud clunking noise when backing out of my garage. Instead you just did a multi point inspection which doesn't sound like checking out any of the known causes. And you simply tried to see if it would create the noise for you when I clearly stated it doesn't do it a ll the time. Very disappointed in wasting my time & drive to your facility.

Johnny was an amazing example of what a good model employee should be. Answered every question and concerns I had in person and over the phone. Was never pushy about any work that needed to be done but also made sure I was aware of all aspects.
