All went well with my appointment from start to finish. I was checked in promptly and received an update after the multi-point inspection that my vehicle was ready to go. I walked out and found Nate, who got me checked out and I was on my way. I also credit Nate with my purchase of the multi-visit maintenance package. I think it's a good value, especially for an older vehicle!

Asked if my luggage rack could be put back on and showed victor how to undo the end cap on the bar and when car came back it was missing. I told him it was on there when I gave it to him. He then checked the car wash and found it broken and tried to tell me it was already broken.the end cap was clearly pried off with a screw driver and the end was cracked and the turn pin broken. After I should him how to take it off to avoid this exact situation . It was not broken or I would have noticed it when it came off at the car wash because I talked to the manager there. Then I was told I would have to order the part from Hyundai dealer and that’s when I talked to Mike Miller. Thank you to Jonathan for ordering the part and getting back to me. Part should be in on Wed and I will get a home call from him. I’m sure I will be satisfied when it is fixed.

There were oily fingerprints all over the door and the steering wheel, which has a white cover on it. It was apparent that no care was taken to keep the vehicle clean.
