As always, thank you to everyone. Everyone at the dealership is extremely professional friendly. The service is always professional. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful. Joyce has always been our go to person there for years ever since we’ve been buying our vehicles since 2012. I was surprised by the high shop rate. Sprcifically as it was over two hundred dollars to turn two rotors. And you failed to be able to provide a four wheel alignment. Some weird story about my tires were too big. Seriously the tires have been in it since it was new. You guys are the first to have an issue with the ability to get an alignment on her. Generally a disappointing experience.

I enjoy the La Vista facility. I've been taking my Highlander there for many years and have gotten to know many of the service techs. This is the first time I've had Davis as my tech and I feel he is very personable. I like that as a result of the multi-point inspection, I get to choose additional items found that may need to be addressed. But it's not high pressure and I appreciate that.

Victor was very knowledgeable very accommodating and told me when my courtesy driver was there. He also helped me find my garage door opener that I had lost in my car before he even took the car and had someone take it and work on it. He was a very very Impressive gentleman.

Daniel was amazing from the moment I pulled in and answered every question I had and really took the time to make me feel looked out for and like my car was in great hands.
