Daniel was an excellent service rep but he couldn't help me with this: I bought two (2) of the 3 for $225 oil change packages. Just recently my Corolla was totaled but I still had 1 unused oil change credit. I was told that I couldn't use it for my Rav4. Why is that? You're not really going to keep my ?75 are you? As I mentioned earlier, Danny was an excellent service rep.

Firstly, I want to commend Victor on the outstanding quality of his work on the car. His technical expertise is clearly evident, and I was thoroughly impressed with the results and the efficiency with which the service was performed. However, I did want to share an observation concerning the customer interaction aspect. While his technical skills are exceptional, I found his demeanor to be quite reserved. This can sometimes be perceived as a lack of warmth or engagement, which, while perhaps unintentional, might inadvertently make customers feel a little less connected or welcomed.
