I was unaware of a recall on my vehicle but when I arrived for my scheduled oil change I was informed that there was a recall and it would take 2-3 hours. I agreed because I live an hour away and didn’t want to make another trip. Unfortunately I was there for more than 4 hours! That is way too long. I had other things to do today and would have appreciated being offered a loaner or something. Or, being done in 2 hours rather than 4.

No fault of Nick’s. I understand there were some technical issues with Toyota. I was in the waiting area for 5 hours and never got an update. I had to walk to the service area and make an inquiry. Nick updated me and set me up with a loaner as the diagnostic going to be completed that day. It all worked out for the best considering my repair is going to be ungodly expensive, and Im waiting for a written estimate so I can finalise whether I want to move forward.
