Every other time I took my car in they would wash it. I also found it odd that my headlights were turned off. I would appreciate if service needs something like that off that they turn it back on.

I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. It took over 2 1/2 hour to read the code. Cost $111, ridiculous. I said I wanted a phone call not a text and they still texted me. The did a 20 point inspection thatl I didn't ask for, which is probably what took so long. To tell me things I need to get done sometime in the future.

Servicing the vehicle was great and hassle free. Mr. Booker was extremely communicative with why was going on with the vehicle which I appreciated. I’ll be returning to this Toyota servicing department again when the time comes.

I brought my Prius in for a head light change and refurbish/buffing of the head lamp covers. When it was finished, I looked at the covers before leaving. They were not finished properly.. I’ve had this done before so I knew what they should look like. I got a service person who agreed with me. He took the car back immediately to properly finish the job. This is the only time I’ve ever had such a thing happen at Baxter.

When i went to get my veh. They parked it on a patch of ice. I nearlyfeel 3 times in less than 6 feet. Ibam 78 years old and do not need a hospital stay. Service was top notch as always

When I scheduled the appointment for my service it was so I wouldn’t have to be at the dealership all day. It was an oil change and a tire rotation that I was there for. I wasn’t there to get a full review of what else I could spend money on. People have other obligations during the day and setting aside an hour for an a oil change and the tire rotation should have been plenty of time.

This oil change appointment took longer than any other I have sat through for any vehicle. In addition, typically other dealerships will offer a complimentary car wash.
