Nick Smith did just fine. However the horrific XM radio cutting out issue persists with A 50% fail rate on an eight hour trip (last 4 hours constantly cutting out).

Very nice that Toyota provides this service. Nice to know everything is good with our vehicle. We were also able to ask a tech guy some questions regarding the accessories available via the computer. We now feel we are getting the most out of our Rav 4! Thank you!
