I may make an appointment to check out our driver’s side sliding door as it Doesn’t open the first , or sometimes the 2nd time. The employee I worked with suggested this.

Erin was the best! I have had my car serviced routinely for the past five years @ Baxter’s and yesterday was the first time I met her - wow! My service appointment was completely transparent including 100% communication … now that is customer service! I’m not sure where Erin has been the last five years but she should be the first smile & contact customers have when they bring their car in for service!!

I appreciated having someone meet me at my car after I drove in. This has never happened before at Baxter. I was used to it at Honda of Lincoln. This is my First Toyota. I was kept up-to-date via text, and when I checked out, Erin told me that I had a key fob reimbursement on my coverage, which thrilled me. I had completely forgotten about it, and I am so glad that she found that information. It will save me $200! overall, friendlier staff then ever before. Thank you.
