Michael listened to my concerns that were unrelated to the work I had done today. He demonstrated to me how to paint scratches on my vehicle and also helped put the pull out cover in my trunk in place.

It took an hour and half to get an oil change. No one went over my paperwork with me, just handed to me. You have a nice waiting area, but your people don’t seem to friendly. This was my first experience with Toyota since I just purchased a used Prius . I won’t come back. I will continue my loyalty to Honda .

I really liked the text about the things that needed to be done on the car with options to schooler yes or no. I also liked the video from the mechanic. I've had service done within the last year, but this is the first time I participated in this service. I also asked about a new Corolla while I was there and that was a positive experience. Brae was outstanding. She was very courteous and worked to squeeze me in for a simple service in advance of a long weekend travel trip. Bree is fine. It just seems that unneeded vehicle service is always suggested when I come in. Then my husband checks my vehicle when I get home and it isn’t needed. We just find it annoying.
