I was told that the squealing left front brake on my 2024,Tundra was “normal”. I said that if it was normal, why don’t all four brakes squeal? Why don’t the brakes on our 2022 Avalon squeal? I got no satisfactory answer. The brakes weren’t engineered to make noise, and they shouldn’t. Something this new, and this expensive, should sound like an old model T Ford when I back it out of the garage in the morning.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change, I understand it can be busy and there may not be enough techs to get through everyone quickly. However, it would be nice if the service advisor could give an approximate time when you check in. I believe Michael originally checked me in, he was also not very friendly and did not even say hello when I walked in.

Erin was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my book behind. I called after I realized it after I left. She went and checked on the tables. She found it for me and held it at her desk until I stopped by to pick it up.

I appreciate the team squeezing us in to get a key made and programmed. I was a little worried that they didn’t ask us for identification or proof of ownership of the vehicle before they made the key and released the car to us. It I am grateful that my daughter was able to head back to OKC today.
