Your price is too high on scanning the vehicle. All you found on the scan water pump is out. The front and boots were determined by visual inspection. Be careful on raising your parts replacment prices too high as I am comparing you with other foreign car, repair experts in Lincoln. Brae was excellent trying very hard.

I was so happy to pull right up and in this morning. I was even early. The waiting area was clean and I loved the coffee machine and snacks. One other thing…whoever picked the music that was playing overhead… it was a great mix! I was dreading having to drive from Beatrice for maintenance but it was worth it.

Service advisor was fine it’s the rest of your service department that **** called back to ask a simple question weather my oil was changed but no one could bother to check insisted on transferring me to her phone and got blown off by answering machine must admit your service department gives the worst customer service I’ve encountered .Wanting another new vehicle but will probably go elsewhere
