My garage floor was covered with oil after this oil change. Not a fun mess to clean up. I’m bringing it back in to make sure it’s not screwed up.
Stephanie is always a pleasure to work with. I’ve put 86,000 miles on my car in it’s first 2 years, so I’m a frequent visitor to the Service Dept. When Stephanie is my service advisor I always feel like I am treated fairly, and I trust her guidance completely if I ever have concerns about my vehicle or questions regarding recommendations from the technicians after an inspection. She is able to easily explain things to me in a calm and relaxed yet professional manner. I am thankful for all of her assistance and look forward to working with her for my vehicle’s next 86,000 miles and beyond!

I took my 23 Tacoma on the 12th of June to get warranty work on it. Mike Sowders have not once get a hold of me of what is going to be done. I need the service manager to please call me at ****-****-xxxx. I even left him a message. No feedback whatsoever! I will not deal with him ever again! I need another service advisor…
I came in for a 1000 mile oil change and was very satisfied with my representatives response and will start a regular 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation schedule.

The team was extremely helpful. For context, my wife was traveling four hours from home when her vehicle broke down. I called the service department and explained the situation. They were very accommodating and scheduled her vehicle into the first available opening when it arrived.
Throughout the process, they walked me through the steps needed to diagnose and repair the issue, and they also recommended routine maintenance services that were due. They kept me informed with regular updates over the phone and sent all the information needed to easily approve and pay for the repairs.
Because of their excellent communication and customer service, I was able to manage the entire situation remotely while my wife continued her trip. When she returned, her vehicle was repaired and ready to go. I greatly appreciate the team’s professionalism and willingness to help during a stressful situation.

Upon servicing my vehicle we specifically asked that all fluids be checked especially the coolant because the coolant is at the low mark and needed to be topped off. This was missed yet again along with my service package I paid for when I purchased my car less than a year ago was not followed as well. I was charged for an oil change when I paid for the package already.
I appreciate the efforts of Erin very much. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the analysis of my grandson’s car, was helpful in pointing out which repairs were of higher priority, and very patient in answering my questions throughout the process. When a question arose regarding the completion of repairs after I had already left the business and needed to return, she explained what had happened and even compensated me for my added time and trouble. A very good experience thanks to her.

I was not informed when my service was completed. The car is listed under my wife’s name and she finally informed me about a text she received that the service was completed. I was waiting for over 90 minutes for my routine 5000k check. I informed the intake person that I would be waiting for the car but no one informed me that it was completed.
