I was scheduled for a 12:15 36,000 mile appt. So tire rotation and I scheduled 3 wiper blades to be replaced. I was there for 2hrs and 15 min. My service advisor was nice but that seemed a bit excessive for the little to no work that was done. I try giving them a break because I know everyone is overloaded but I have not once been in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hr 30min. I’ve never had a dealership with such long wait times. No need to contact me just wanted to provide context.

Did you even do the work?? The radiator cap was not put back on. Coolant leaked out and went all over my engine compartment. I don’t think it overheated, but it’s a huge mess. I’m paying another shop to fill with coolant & and bleed the system. I’m guessing that should have been included in the work completed at your shop. That’s a very rookie mistake for a dealer technician. Since it was Friday afternoon, I’m guessing the tech was in a hurry.

We’ve been going to Baxter Toyota for 5 years and have always been treated well. But Erin has risen to an even higher level of excellence. She helped us with making sure our vehicle was taken care of properly, but also worked with Matt in making sure the price of repair was very manageable. We will only take our vehicle here for repairs. Thank you to everyone there for your help.

From my arrival he tried to convince me that it was normal for brakes to screech every time you back up. Wait until you hear the vacuous reasons he tried to convince me of. Did I mention this is a 2025 LandCruiser that I bought from you earlier in the year. The problem is not fixed. It is unacceptable to now have to bring a new vehicle in for service 4 times (counting my next visit). I am happy to share his expectation for me to check in to see when a kit comes in to presumably fix the brakes. How is this my responsibility. Isn’t that your job. Especially on a new vehicle having an issue it should not have.
