I appreciated having someone meet me at my car after I drove in. This has never happened before at Baxter. I was used to it at Honda of Lincoln. This is my First Toyota. I was kept up-to-date via text, and when I checked out, Erin told me that I had a key fob reimbursement on my coverage, which thrilled me. I had completely forgotten about it, and I am so glad that she found that information. It will save me $200! overall, friendlier staff then ever before. Thank you.

Stephanie in the service dept receiving area is outstanding she is so very nice, helpful and does everything asked and is just a jewel-she truly is the reason I still bring my car there she is kind, forthright much easier and more informative then any of the gentleman that work in the same department.

The only things I didn’t care for was the attempt by your service team (not Stephenie) to replace my air filter which was only 2-3 months old and the wait to get checked out. My vehicle sat in the out going bay for over 20 minutes while other vehicles were being checked in and out. Need to streamline this process. Thanks!
