Miss Patton’s services were superb. But I was shocked that a Toyota dealership does not have a vacuum with which to vacuum the floor of my car! I bought my first Toyota (of many) in the 1980s, and every dealership I dealt with (in a variety of states) had a vacuum for vacuuming the floor of my cars. I know of an independent garage here in Lincoln, and it has a vacuum, so I think I will take my maintenance business to them instead of to Baxter Toyota.

Service is always on time, well documented, and efficiently completed. When I leave the service area, I am 100% certain that my car is operating at it's best. This is why I have driven a Toyota for 30+ years. Not all dealerships and service departments are the same. Baxter Toyota and its predecessors are far better than the service that I received in Florida from 2020-21.

I was very satisfied with Erin Cahill's service. There were some issues with the actual mechanical service. I had requested to speak with Matt Quimby who was unable to address my concerns. Ryan from mechanics did speak to my husband and me and Jeremy showed my husband what was corrected on our car today. Part of the damaged wiring had been overlooked in the initial repairs.

Service is typically very good but I needed my truck by a certain time and it was done late causing me to be late to a very important appointment. Its the only time since purchasing the truck I had a time crunch.

You used to offer a free car wash with your service and a quick vacuum also. This is a nice touch to why I would continue to use your service and buy another Toyota.
