Brae was great - she answered all my questions, got the shuttle to take me to Scheels while the initial work was being completed, was kind and courteous while arranging warranty work and gave me a nice loaner while the warranty work was ongoing. I would call and ask for Brae specifically next time. Side note, when I picked my vehicle up after the warranty work I did not deal with Brae (she was busy helping another customer). The elderly gentleman who was sitting 1 desk left (north) of Brae who helped me was not as nice as Brae. I would describe him as “combative” after I inquired about Baxter’s First Responders Discount program. It was not as nice of an experience.

I was disappointed that there was a known issues with the brakes on my new vehicle and the fix was not suggested to me when I came to the dealership for my last 3 maintenance checks. Very disappointed in Toyota. I believe the service tech was doing their required job. I place the blame squarely on Toyota for not making this the part of the requirements for a new vehicle.

Everything went well. Steph did a good job. Your mechanics did as well. I appreciated the loaner vehicle???? It was a very nice and I was able to do all of my errands for the day????????

Aaron Fox is an excellent sales manager. He is very knowledgeable and if I had a question outside his scope of expertise he quickly sought the answer and explained things in a simple and concise manner. He has a super friendly and personable manner. Baxter Toyota of Omaha is lucky to have him on their team.

Justin was really great. Made sure everything was taken care of and got me in to get my car fixed without appt. Difficulty getting a hold of people in service when calling to talk to somebody. Parts department was not friendly at all, but got me what I needed.
