Wasn’t greeted by anyone had to walk up and find someone to help me, I was waiting in the lobby nobody came to grab me when my truck was done, the truck sat there until I texted the number is this ready?, then my truck sat for 20-30 minutes until i sent the text the all of the sudden i get the your truck is ready text. I was in the building they knee i was waiting Nobody greeted nobody or said hi how are you. Nobody offered any coffee or water in the waiting station or showed anyone where it was at when i was there. I felt like i was an inconvenience and I bought and paid for my truck and these services from you guys. It was a really sad performance from supposedly a great dealership

I brought my truck in and didn’t get my problem fixed but got charged over $580 for services that I have to come back for and nothing got fixed or replaced and I was charged for the parts x2 and only needed one piece replaced

When I got there at 11:00 there were two other people in the waiting room. During the course of an hour and 40 minutes some 20 people came and went. I was unaware that digital correspondence was in effect and I needed to sign off that I did not want services other than what I had made the appointment for completed. By the time I went up there she was busy and said she had a stack of other papers she needed to finish instead of talk to me. So I proceeded to wait. When finally I went up again she said well you needed to let them know that we didn't want any other services completed. Technically, I've never had that happen in my life. I've always had a person come talk to me like a human being at the table and tell me what was found out or if any other service needed to be done. So sad that face-to-face business and customer service has flew out the window and that everything is so technologically complicated. Very disappointed over my 2-hour weight just to get an oil change entire rotation when I've had an appointment for 3 weeks

Jared promptly got me in and my service was completed so I could keep my regular work schedule. He also went beyond expectations by finding me a coupon which I am truly grateful for. Your lucky to have him in your employment.

Hard to get a hold of anyone in the service center. Called all last week and even left messages including the service manager. I didnt get to talk to anyone until I asked to talk to someone personally on monday. Then they were able to get me right in and worked well with my schedule and even gave me a loaner

Yeah, we’re bringing it back first thing in the morning. You guys did not do what you said you were going to do. You knew we needed the car to be safe for a cross country trip. Now there are still multiple lights on the dashboard, after we paid nearly $1000 and we have no way to determine what the problem is. That’s why we took it to a dealership, people who are supposedly experts, but we’re just getting a bunch of excuses and subpar service, and the trip is delayed while we have to wait for you to fix what should have been fixed the first time.
