Check in was good. Had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle, was told it would be about 20 minutes. Video of inspection and link to report after inspection was very helpful. One of the issues was a warranty repair. Issue was partially resolved but I will probably need to bring back for more work.

Stephanie is the best service advisor I've ever worked with at Baxter. She immediately apprised me of the focus of service for my vehicle and of the application of my pre-paid warranty services to my vehicle. She made me feel welcome from the moment she stepped to my car in the servive entry to the final review of the condition of my vehicle. I thank the management of the Baxter Service Department for its operation of a recruitment, selection, training, and supervision program thatled to the hiring of Stephanie Swain.
