She was cheerful. She was helpful. When I mentioned something about the tire pressure and mentioned I should get a pressure check gauge someday she finished her paperwork and then came back with a pressure gauge free of charge. A tremendous courtesy. She also applied my coupon for an oil change and tire rotation- a nice little savings - I always look for those in the mail.

When I checked in, I mentioned my rear lights needed checked as a friend mentioned at least one was out. When I picked up the vehicle I confirmed this was done and was assured it was but no light was changed so I asked them to check it while I watched. Clearly annoyed, the service provider checked and found 2 lights out (brake and reverse). Was quoted cost and told tech was new and would get a talking to. $100 later, I was told there were actually 3 bulbs out, but I wouldn't have to pay for the 3rd bulb labor (but also wasn't told what 3rd bulb was out). I questioned if the lights are part of the multipoint inspection and was told yes. I now don't trust the multipoint inspection since the very easily identified lights were missed. Also, outside of saying "this tech would get training", not much was done for me as the customer having to wait additional time for something that should have been handled during the oil/tire rotation service time.
