I love when Stephanie is there she is so bubbly, she is so helpful with product needs and information. I love working with her on my vehicle maintance. She makes going to toyota fun and I actually always hope she is working because I know she will help with questions and any other questions I have. She is way more helpful than any of your other service agents. I would prefer anytime I am coming in for maintance service that my agent be Stephanie. Going forward I may only book when she is going to be there. Stephanie is outstanding with her customer service skills and her knowledge. I always feel like she is there to help me. Thank You Stephanie! ????
