It took two hours for an oil change. I have ne er waited that long any where else. An hour at the most. I was not happy.

I came in for a 5000 mile Service on a new 2025 Camry XLE. When I checked in, I told them the low tire pressure light was on and was informed that the Service tax would check them. When I picked up the vehicle, the tire pressure light was off. Within a day the tire pressure light came back on and the tires were reading 29 psi and 30 psi. I wonder if the tire pressure was indeed checked on the tires, and the tires were filled. It seems like tires with 5000 miles on them should not lose 5–6 PSI in one day. Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a car wash and was told that the car wash closed at 5 PM and likely would not be time to get that done. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. This is the first time I have been told over the years that a car wash could not be done and that the car wash closed at 5 PM. I have serviced our Highlander multiple times at 4:30 PM and always was able to get a car wash. I was disappointed that the car did not get washed.
