The pricing received for the repairs was unreasonable and not all repairs quoted were necessary. I also don’t like that the service agent doesn’t call to talk about the repairs prior to sending out the text. I like a more personal touch.

However, took 2 hours and 43 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. They did advise that I needed a new a battery at 2 hour mark. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for service of this type.

Brae was great to work with! I brought in my vehicle without an appointment and she worked with me to make sure we could get my vehicle looked at and serviced! What I thought may have been a starter or alternator only turned out to be a battery that was still under warranty! Thanks again Brae!
