Ty was very courteous when we brought our Tundra in for service. His customer service was excellent!!
I had a front grill replaced due damage upon purchase of the vehicle and the sensor was not calibrated correctly so my front impact sensor and cruise control are not working. I have to bring the vehicle back tomorrow to have it fixed, again.
Stephanie explained things well, drivers to and from work were on time and pleasant. Pleased with the results finding things that needed to be done and had explanation and options of what I wanted to be done.
I can always trust my 2017 RAV4 with Erin and her team. They are the reason why I continue to take my vehicle to Baxter Toyota. I know any repair I need will be done correctly and fairly.

I came in Saturday Dec 6th at 11:45am for an appointment. I needed to take care of the oil and tire rotation. I sat for about 45 minutes and it seemed like it was done quicker than previous times. I did not get the real time updates like usual. So it all seemed a bit weird to me. Afterwards I took the car home, i smelled some oil burning, which I think is fine if a little oil was spilled. Smelled it again Sunday and didn't think much of it. On Monday morning I went to work and on the drive car displays a message saying "add or replace engine oil". I was alarmed. So I checked the oil and it was at it's lowest level and added a quart and drove back to you guys. Whatever happened on Saturday it wasn't done correctly and could've caused Catastrophic damage to the motor. Was told as I left on Saturday to come back and pay Monday which was a total red flag. There's no leaks. Stephanie could've just said we don't have the parts and to come back. On Monday she got the oil change done and Tires were never rotated.
Things are getting very expensive time to return to home service. Not your fault.
The maintenance required light was not reset and is still on, also my tire light was on and no one inquired about it.
Justin picked up on a minor recall item while I was just expecting regular service. One item unrelated to Justin’s performance: I was going to be charged for this service until I remembered that I prepaid for service when I purchased my used Highlander. Shouldn’t there be something in your records to alert advisors like Justin that regular service is prepaid?

Jared was awesome to work with. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and was very thorough in describing what was needed. Jared is a perfect example of why I will always make the drive to Lincoln for repairs on my Tundra. My truck is back to normal and I very much appreciate Jared and the service team for everything. There is no other place like Baxter Toyota in Lincoln!
