Terrific experience… timely, good communication, friendly, knowledgeable. Thx!
Brae was kind and helpful. I also worked with Jorge in Tech Support who was extremely kind and patiently helped me resolve an issue that two other Toyota Tech Support experts could not resolve and who were not willing to continue exploring possible solutions for the solving the problem. He did not give up and patiently worked to find a reasonable solution to a problem that was a problematic daily issue with my radio/electronics system.
He provided excellent service and communication
Erin good. Erin fix car. Car good. I go home with car. No home. Sad.
Jared Pospisil was very helpful and takes good care of my me. I feel very confident whenever I bring my car to Baxter Toyota. Thank you!
I experienced a problem with our vehicle when we returned to Omaha after a trip to Arizona. The vehicle was parked outside at the airport and was covered in ice and snow when we picked it up. It took an hour to remove the ice from the windows. I attempted to start the vehicle while I was cleaning the ice. The vehicle did not start and lights were flashing all over the dash
The car finally started after 4 or 5 attempts. After cleaning we started to drive to Lincoln. The check engine light was on but every things seemed to be functioning normally. On Tuesday I called the service advisor about my experiences and that the check engine light was off. The plan was to bring the vehicle in to have it checked out. The appointment was made for Wednesday December 10. I took the car in and had the oil changed, tires rotated and requested the battery to be checked out and the regular services checked. The service person called me when the vehicle was completed. The oil was changed the tires were not rotated because the tires on the rear were lower thread readings and it was decided to not rotate the tires. I asked about the battery and was told it OK. When pressed for more information I was told that if the battery was low keep it on a trickle charged. I told her that was impossible to keep on a trickle charge with normal driving.
She then offered a in depth battery test but it would take several hours. I then asked for the test document from the service evaluation since it was not given to me when the bill was paid.
I requested to talk with the Service Manager
He was available but he would be with me shortly
I waited and decide to talk to the original Service Writer that set up the service visit. We reviewed the original call with him and the details from the completed service. His advice was replace the battery since it was the original battery on the vehicle. He could not explain why the battery tested OK and did not explain why the second option for testing of the battery was not offered.
I finally took the car to a NAPA store and had the battery tested. It checked out wit a cold cranking amps of 265.
I do not have an answer about the condition of the battery in my car nor I do i have a reasonable answer for the lights flashing all over the dashboard when I attempted to start the car or originally and the check engine light staying on for 2 days and shutting off on the third day. I would appreciate assistance on these issues. I am also not comfortable that I can use the vehicle on a day to day basis without being stranded with a vehicle that will not operate properly.
Great honest helpful service and everyone was very professional.
Ty was professional and courteous. I appreciate the exceptional service at Baxter. Thank you, again!
Great, polite service as always. It is appreciated.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
We asked that our vehicle be ready by 3pm to pick our kids up. It wasn’t ready and I didn’t receive a courtesy call to let me know it wouldn’t be ready until 5pm so that we could make alternate plans. I also left a message and never received a return phone call.
Excellent service. Staff was courteous and explained everything, giving me choices. Very, very pleased.
The tire light still doesn't turn off. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the service.
Really appreciated that they brought my car to my place of employment. Not sure what I would have done. They went out of their way. Thank you!
The young lady that checked me in was very professional & friendly.
I dropped my car off a little before 9 AM. I was told that it would take approximately 2 hours for my service to be completed. At 3 hours I called to check on my car and was not able to talk to Michael. I called the Baxter Toyota number and after talking to whoever answered the phone in the service department I was forwarded to Michael's voice mail. I left a message. it took me six calls before I was told that my car was done at a little after 3 in the afternoon. Michael never returned my call.
It was not a good experience today. I came because my tire kept going low. They could repair the tire so instead of repairing they just gave me my car back without a solution. After the fact I was able to request a second appointment and tire replacement options for the bad tire. I feel that if I had need notified sooner I could have just replaced the tire this round instead of now having to come all the way back next week and having to leave work early again. The rep was nice, but over all the purpose of today’s service didn’t get resolved.
When I receive my truckback and got back home, I noticed oil smearedon the passenger seat, there was fingerprints of oil on my hood of my truck on the chrome. And I checked my cabin air filter, and there was still debris and leaves on it after he pulled it out he stuck it back in instead of blowing it off with an air hose, and cleaning it. i’ve never seen anything like this. especially when I brought up the problem from the last time I was there March 11. what I don’t understand why would the guy stick the cabin air filter back in dirty? I’ve been there enough times to see that the guys always blowed with an air hose and stuck it back in. Was it because I didn’t replace it with a new one? There was nothing wrong with the cabin air filter that it needed to be replaced. It just had a few leaves and some debris. But the schmuck was too lazy to do his job correctly, in fact he needs to be fired if that’s the case. I do have pictures of the smudge marks and oil on my engine hood. I had to take Dawn dish soap to wipe off my leather seat. It was like a handprint. I don’t understand why he would take a picture of my cabin air filter and not clean it before you put it back in. Was it because I didn’t buy a new one.? This guy had no business working on anybody’s car if that’s the way he treats a $70,000 vehicle. Unbelievable worst day of my life. I’m still pissed off and it’s 915 at night.
