Michael was exemplary in customer service and professional. I was treated terribly at Corwin Toyota in fact so horribly I would like someone to call me and let me know how I can file a complaint with Toyota Corporate.

I had a 12:00 appt, pulled in and usually someone comes greet me and go over scope and get my keys. Today, nothing, I waited and still no one came so I decided to go find someone to help me. Walked through the doors and still no help from anyone, approached a salesman behind desk and told him why I was here and he took my info and proceeded to waiting room. 15-20 min later got text about my vehicle, approved some additional work to be done on the car and requested someone to come talk to me about new tires they suggested. Wanted to know why the set of tires that I purchased less than 2 years ago with supposedly 85k warranty needs to be replaced after only driven 50k or less miles ….sales person provided lingo about your number system and recommendations on when to replace..etc. to be honest, I feel like I was just giving a line to make me go away. I did not approve new tires and will be going somewhere else. I have always trusted this location for ALL my car needs but my interactions today with a number of personnel left me with a bitter taste. On top of all this, I must have waited over an hour now for my car to be done only for someone to come and tell me that they will need 2-3 hours to do the new brakes. He gave me the choice to stay and wait or the shuttle can take me wherever. OMG. I have work to get back to and pick up my daughter from school, someone should have told me so I can either bring the car back another day or make other arrangements.
Again this is the first time I have ever experienced such disappointment in the 6-7years that I have taken my car here. Sorry for the long but just need to vent
It was an all around pleasure working with Michael. He informed me of all my recalls and when those would be available.
Jared kept me informed of my vehicle's status and answered all of my questions. He was also kind and sympathetic with the high cost of having such repairs done.
I'm not happy with the customer service this lady is rude. I pay a premium price to get my car fixed here and you would think that it would come with decent customer service but it didn't. If there was another Toyota in Lincoln I would be going there and I would never come back to this one.

First of all. Justin is your single best employee. He absolutely went above and BEYOND in customer service for me. When I initially booked my appointment, he went back into my file and triple checked to make sure I was getting all of the services I needed and was looking for. I had to reschedule twice. When I went to confirm the details of the appointment that I was finally able to keep, I was treated terribly by the other employees I spoke to. I was being sent straight to voicemail and no one returned my voicemails. I was told twice I would not get a loaner vehicle. When I showed up for my appointment, Justin presented me with my CHOICE of loaner vehicles. Whatever he is doing, he needs a promotion immediately. With a large pay raise. He even stayed late because your hours were listed wrong on Google and I was late picking up my vehicle because of it. He deserves to have money thrown at him compared to your other employees.
STEPHANIE IS AMAZING TO WORK WITH, VERY INFORMATIVE AND ABLE TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS, ALSO MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE DROPPING OFF MY CAR AS I HAVE NEVER HAVE HAD TO HAD WORK DONE ON A CAR BEFORE. I AM CONFIDENT IN THE WORK THE MECHANICS DID ON MY CAR AS WELL. THANK YOU TOYOTA:)
