I’d ask for a car wash, but that was not completed. We bought this vehicle from you less than 6 months ago so it’s surprising me that the brake fluid wasn’t changed prior to that given that there was no record of it ever being done.

The service work seems fine. However, the 2 hour appointment, what we were told, turned into 3 1/2 hours with no one letting us know what was going on. At the end, we were told you had people not showing up and more people coming in than planned, and an apology and an apology is supposed to go a long way to making it OK. Not really.

I made appointment for oil change and tires rotated and told her that is what I wanted. It looks like only the oil was changed. This is the second time what I requested was not done. Not sure why they do not do what you requested. Frustrating!!
