He was polite, but his information and answer to my question related to car inspection was wrong. He started to be defensive when I asked clarifications. I did not point out the discrepancy between the inspection sheet and his answers afterwards to minimize troubles. He could improve with better guidance and training. I have hope in his improvement when he starts to think in the shoes of the customers. We, the customers, just want to communicate at our level of car knowledge. Please treat this as a feedback than a complaint.

I wanted a specific part replaced and put that idea in the notes when making an appointment. Upon arrival the check in seemed hurried. Said I wanted the fuel float replaced. Was told there would be a $149 inspection. After inspection, the part I initially asked for would be ordered. Feels like a waste of my time and money. Learned the hard way that its mot possible to request a specific part to be replaced.

Before I bought the vehicle a month ago, I brought it to Toyota for a thorough pre-purchase inspection. They recommended three things that needed to be fixed, none of which included the replacement of the lower control arms, and I didn't hear a noise when I had test driven the car before the inspection. My argument is that the now problem I have with bushing noise was a known issues with Toyota for the generation of car I now own why was that not included in the original inspection so I knew before purchasing the vehicle..I allowed Toyota dealer to fix 2 out of the 3 problem that was recommended to me but now there is a fourth and possibly more to follow I am imagining...I am not happy at all because now I am spending money I have not calculated in the purchasing of the vehicle...since it was a known issue it should have been included in the inspection but it was not. So I feel Toyota should honor the recall as a courtesy considering the low mileage on the car.
