Literally the ONLY person I’ve dealt with that has yet to drop the ball. She’s amazing, down to earth, incredibly hard working, honest and genuine. She’s the only reason I continue to come back to Baxter Toyota of Lincoln, and I mean that whole heartedly! You’re extremely lucky to have her on your team.

Normally I receive a text regarding updates on service. It usually takes 45 minutes, but it took an hour 45 min for me to leave. Also your coffee machine is broke.

My cabin filter is 18 months and 17,000 miles old and is filthy! Why was this checked in the report as OK? I would gladly have paid for a new one. Very disappointed.
