My maintenance needed warning message is still activated. I know that I cannot turn that off so although the service has been completed, I will still have to go to a Toyota Service Center to get it reset. I live at least one hour from the nearest service center.

I asked for an extra step, which Erin did for me. She checked the oil level. Sometimes I spot check it. ( Some time back, a car had an oil change, but after driving a bit the engine seized up, turns out oil had not actually been put in) a 5 second reassurance. Thank you

Mike explained the prepayment option for services i already plan to have thus saving me a little $$ I could tell my tire rotation was just what I needed as the car has been driving significantly better. I am very confident in Baxter Toyota as my place for superior & consistently excellent service.
