Erin Cahill was great. She knew about my specialty Prius C,one of 600 with pink trim.my pink mirror was damaged. She and the parts department located a replacement in Ontario, Canada. Thanks to her and the guy who delivered my car and helped set up my front dashboard. Great service. Thanks.

Erin did a remarkable job of communicating with us. We live 500 miles away and Erin has been on top of our service the whole way. She was an advocate with the warranty company and went out of her way to be sure that we were in the loop.

I didn’t get any clarification that the battery was checked and when I called in after washing the car to see if that fixed the crash avoidance malfunction and the Cruise control malfunction I never got a call back. I waited until 4:00 and then called the service manager and left a message and still crickets. All I wanted is to try and get the car back in as soon as possible to get particularly the cruise control working again since l was se this car for a courier service. I expect a call not text or an email to rectify this.
