I really enjoy the attention to detail this dealership offers when inspecting your car, the technicians definitely treat your car as if it’s their own. I truly do appreciate the patience and dedication some of your service employees have, they truly go above and beyond and will truly talk you through the important issues. Overall I was very happy with my experiences I’ve had thus far, thank you and I will be back in the future! :)

I really appreciated that the service department was willing to help me find a much less expensive way to fix the problem with my heater. They were very professional and helped to re-earn my trust after feeling very disappointed about what I thought was going cost thousands of dollars. My compliments to the service department on a job well done!

Expressed that I thought the environmental fee was excessive. In fact, the entire cost was high. Everywhere else I've purchased tires in Lincoln included free repair for the life of the tire.

Ty was great. Even though he was busy and I showed up without an appt to talk about my engine repair, he took the time to go over what it would look to have the work done. He fit me in the schedule with short notice and with my preferred technician, got me a loaner vehicle, and accommodated a late detail request. He reached out to check in during the repair and my final invoice was very close to the original estimate. Very happy with both Ty and John. Nice work.

Jared was very accommodating to a last minute request that I had about a recall, and he was able to schedule the recall the same day as my tire rotation. He saved me a trip back to the service department. I absolutely appreciated this.

I was completely satisfied with the service, but not with the person I talked to for the appointment. He was rude and his customer service was terrible. Derek needs to do better! His actions made me question if I want to buy another vehicle from Baxter Toyota.
