Well, I wish I had not bought a Toyota. Super cheap shot buying a $90,000 + truck and have the GPS shut completely off after one year. we could’ve left it on and just not updated it. At least then I could use it and some of the features.

Problems arose with a 35 yr old vehicle that i did not expect. They were effectively addressed as possible.
I am surprised you are not partnered with a body shop (there is one nearby) to have completed the minor hood repairs tho.

Two things that I would like to pass along as potential areas of improvement. 1-I was not monitoring my emails & replied 20 min after the original was sent. This was the same time as the original service was finished, the tech then took back my vehicle and did the additional brake flush(thank you). I wish someone would have brought the other services items to my attention while I waited in the lounge rather than rely solely on an email.
2-one item from the report was to look into replacing the rear brakes at the next service and as well stated in the video review. I did not put this together with the brake flush service mentioned above and feel like I threw $130 away because this service is needed again when the rear brakes are replaced. Again, a person to talk through the other identified service items would have been great to help bring this to light.

I assumed rotating my tires and topping off all needed fluid levels would include the air in my tires, but my tire pressure light remains illuminated on my dash board. If I could see that the second I drove off the lot I have to believe the technician who worked on my car could see it as well

Everything was excellent including the greeter. However I was not happy for one reason only. When I called to make the appointment I was told that the service would take 4 hours so my wife drove our Highlander to Baxter and I picked her up. We live 40 minutes away from Baxter. Usually I take our vehicle in and wait for it to be serviced because it only takes about an hour. We weren’t willing to wait 4 hours so that’s why I picked her up. We went all the way back home and no sooner got there when I received a text that our vehicle was ready. 1 hour and 20 minutes is all it took to do the service. We wasted two trips with both vehicles and of course the time it took to do that. Plus my wife had taken off work. If I would have been told the accurate timing of the service when I made the appointment I would have driven in myself and waited. No way was I going to wait 4 hours! Please be more accurate telling how long the service will take. Thanks. Bill Nissen, Raymond, Nebraska

Normally I get a print out with the inspection for my Lexus, but for my Toyota I took last night I didn't get this. I also didnt get a windshield sticker with the oil change information. The video said my brake pads were gone & said I'd get a quote for it but I didn't get a quote for it.
