Mike explained well the repair work to be done on the car. He kept me informed and answered my questions. He told me the cost of the repair work to be done and he honored that agreement when the job was completed. He was professional and helpful. Please share my comments with Mike. Thank you.

Trevor was a great service advisor to work with! He did a great job of explaining the details of my car report with me and I felt that he was very thoughtful and considerate when he would update me about the status of my car. This made me feel that Toyota really cares about providing an excellent experience for their customers. Trevor also corrected my charge when he realized he left out my prepaid maintenance credit. Even though my service was not long I was still able to see Trevor’s trustworthy integrity, kind customer service, and excellent approach to explain the maintenance details. Trevor deserves the recognition!

Trevor was the best. He listened, didn’t try to up sell, was conscientious of the long game for my truck. All customer service folks need to learn from him. Do what you have to do to keep him!

We took our Nissan to the dealership at the same time we took our Camry to the dealership. What a difference! Baxter Toyota was great! Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. Communication was great. Nissan did provide a car wash and Toyota did not but I can wash my own car. Great job Baxter, we will be back.
