This message is not about Stephanie, who was just doing her job, but rather about the whole experience. I brought my car in because of the “AWD System Malfunction” warning and check engine light on my dashboard, along with loss of cruise control. I was told this was because I needed new spark plugs installed. I was skeptical, but I trusted this statement and paid to have them installed. Yesterday, the warning came back. I had also paid the standard $150 for the system diagnostics. Now I am wondering if this was even done, as the problem is still there, and seemingly had nothing to do with spark plugs. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get to the root of the problem.

Only thing we encountered was my sunglasses were forgotten in the vehicle when it was returned. Is there a way get them mailed to me or held until June 3rd when I’m in town?

I’d like to know more about the accelerated wear on my rear brakes and tires. Both were replaced less than 3 years ago and should have much more life on them. When I left this morning, the representative said we’ll take another look at them just to make sure. Yes, please do and show me too.

The $10 “ environmental fee” added to a $49 tire repair was not identified prior to service and was never fully explained or justified under the circumstances. Really feel this was an unnecessary up charge. Very disappointed with Baxter
