My service experience was top notch. (Considering I was there for an expensive and unwanted repair.) Jared was professional, helpful and communication was clear and to the point. He also went out of his way to arrange a loaner for me, as I had a busy day scheduled.

The labor costs seem high but I am not a mechanic. I know two of the plugs are hard to get to but that seems like a lot for how quick they got the car done. Overall I am happy with the work that was done and appreciate all they do. The staff is very good to work with. Thanks!!!

I never in a million years thought she would offer me a loaner car to while my car was having breaks put on so I could be with my husband while he was having his cancer treatment!!! My tpms light was on when I brought my car in and was still on when I picked it up. The technician never addressed the issue. I was also suggested the all wheel drive fluid exchange service at check-in, which I did agree to have done, but would have liked to know the cost of it beforehand since I was surprised by my total at the end, even with the discount voucher I received in the mail.
Your rep was fine, Your tech probably did a better job on my RAV4 then your last tech did… My issue is with you blocking the only Republicans news channel. Your person there said they blocked the station to block decisiveness at the dealership… but funny when I turned the Channel to CNN the station was not blocked… then suddenly the TV turns off… Dishonesty and a political biased environment does not sit well with me! If you allow CNN, ABC the View to be unblocked, then you are discriminating against Republicans by silencing one the only Republican News Network! Oh by the way… using the word “ decisive” is a word liberals use to censor out other political views…
