Everything was perfect and the crew was a pleasant to work with, My only feedback is about the shuttle, I live 5 mins from your facility and he took a tour of 1.5 hours dropping other customers before dropping me off

I had trouble getting through to the service department to schedule an appointment. I ended up leaving a message and it took 3 days to call me back. In the meantime, I had called again the following day and was able to get through and schedule my own appointment .
