Justin was the best advisor I’ve had at Baxter. His body language was welcoming, he provided eye contact and friendliness. Other advisors have been adequate- no complaints- but you experience is so much better if someone acts like they really care.

Justin did a great job! He was at all times patient, polite, and professional. Justin listened to my concerns and suggested a solution which resolved them. He kept me updated during the duration of the service and provided extra information regarding technician findings and service progress. I appreciated his calm demeanor and the efficiency with which he did his work. He made the customer service experience smooth and positive. Baxter Toyota would do well to keep Justin employed in his current role and hire more folks like him!
